I've been working in the counseling profession for about 20 years. The impact this work has made on my life is too vast to fit onto this small page however thru this work I came to believe that helpers are most effective when they use treatments that integrate the mind and the body. 

 

I have also found, thru my work, that my most significant "tool" as a helper is my ability to show up authentically and so I work with my clients as my equals-I will never tell you I have all the right answers or all the right cures. By letting you know that I come from a place of "understanding" I find that our working relationship is that much richer and hopefully results in you feeling less alone in whatever journey of healing you may be on.
