Coaching involves looking at goals and removing obstacles to achieve a desired outcome. It is different from therapy. Therapy looks at a larger constellation of a person's life to assess where patterns have developed that are no longer serving a person.


I find that my coaching tends to benefit those who are presented with life changes that involve career, family transition and chronic health issues. 


Some of my life themes that have benefited coaching clients:

I live with auto immune conditions

which includes alopecia (wish the hair in that great picture of me was mine!). I have owned a massage and skin care practice in addition to my counseling practice. I have worked in the public mental health sector as a manager and clinician. I have managed family/life transitions of my own, including divorce and dating. And I have a family member living their life with terminal cancer. These themes give me deeper insight into your struggles which may be similar.
